Ronny Febres
Director of Soccer - Head Academy Trainer - Head Coach U13 - 16
After a professional playing career in Lima, Peru, Ronny Febres came to the United States in 1996 and began a coaching career where his resume speaks for itself. He is a former Assistant Coach at Lemoyne College and also former Boys Modified Coach at Liverpool High School. After many years and many State Cup, Regional, and National Indoor Championships with the Syracuse Blitz, he founded Liverpool Soccer Academy in 2006. With his expertise and leadership the club has grown tremendously over the past 4 years and continues to grow to this day. Ronny currently works as a Teaching Assistant in the Syracuse City School District.
Ronny will be leading Liverpool Soccer Academy's U16 Boys team to the club's first New York State Cup this summer.
Josh McDonald
Director of Coaching - Academy Youth Trainer - Head Coach U11 & 12
After a scholastic career at Cicero-North Syracuse that was unfortunately ended due to an injury, he shifted his focus on becoming a youth coach. Starting his career in 2004, as an Assistant Coach for the Syracuse Blitz. In 2006, he became the Director of Coaching for Liverpool Soccer Academy and is responsible for the U11 & U12 age groups for both boys and girls. In 2008, he began his scholastic coaching career. In 2009, he started coaching at Christian Brothers Academy where he is currently the Girls Modified Coach and Assistant Varsity Girls Coach. Josh holds an Associate's Degree in Electronic Media and a New York State Teaching Assistant Certification and currently works in the Fayetteville-Manlius School District.
Josh holds a New York State West E Certification and is working towards obtaining his D License.
Ryan Zaleski
Academy Youth Trainer - Head Coach U9 & U10
After a scholastic playing career at Christian Brothers Academy, Ryan went on to play collegiate soccer at SUNY Brockport, Wells College, and LeMoyne College. He is currently attending LeMoyne College, working on a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In 2010, Ryan began coaching with Liverpool Soccer Academy and has taken on the U9 and U10 boys and girls teams.
Ryan holds a New York State West E Certification.
